Sneak peak of our summer cocktails 

Each season we feature some fresh farm to table cocktail ideas to help make your event even more special. As the summer heats up, we are excited to muddle, infuse and juice up your party. Get inspired with a taste of our featured summer flavors!

Orange Cocktail

Montana Mule

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Vodka

  • 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice

  • 1 oz  Housemade ginger & red chili shrub

  • Sparkling water

  • Crystalized ginger

  • Lime slice

Method

  1. In a tall glass or mug add ice, vodka, lime juice, shrub and sparkling water. 

  2. Gently Stir.

  3. Garnish with crystalized ginger and a lime slice.

Raspberry & Rose Kiss

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Champagne or Prosecco

  • 0.5 oz Housemade raspberry & rose shrub

  • Fresh raspberries

 

Method

  1. In a flute glass add 6oz of chilled wine.

  2.  Add 0.5 oz of raspberry and rose shrub.

  3.  Garnish with fresh raspberries.

Whisky Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Whiskey

  • 0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice 

  • 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice

  • 1 oz Simple syrup

  • Sparkling water

 

Method

  1. in an 8oz glass with ice add whisky, lemon and lime juice and simple syrup.

  2. Stir well, then top with sparkling water.

  3. Garnish with a lemon and lime slice.
