our Services
#1 Bar Type:
We are a Dry bar
Our Bar is "dry", meaning we don't supply any alcohol. All our packages come with everything else, menu planning, mixers, garnish, ice, drinkware, napkins, straws, corking, tapping, mixing and serving from the White Horse Trailer. Our bartenders are certified and licensed to pour at all private venues and events when the alcohol is provided by the host. Montana State law prevents us from supplying the alcohol directly. We will provide a detailed alcohol shopping list to make sure everyone gets served. We also provided you with an extensive list of keg options from our favorite local breweries to ensure your keg will be ice cold and ready on the day of your event.
#2 Reservations:
A few easy steps
First contact us with the dates of your event. We will reserve your date with a 30% non refundable deposit (If your date changes we will do our best to accommodate, however we can not guarantee a change of date). The balance will be due two weeks before the event.
#3 Planning:
Create your menu
Choose one of our bar plans and decide which beers, ciders, cocktails or non alcoholic drinks you would like us to serve. We will set up a meeting to design a menu with you and provide the alcohol shopping list. We will also coordinate with you and the beer/cider supplier to ensure the beer arrives on time, cold and ready to pour.
#4 The set up:
Bringing it all together
On the day of your event we will tow in the White Horse Trailer. We will need a flat 12 foot wide by 20 foot long space to park. If your event is indoors, we need a 9 foot high door to back it in. We also need enough space for a full-sized truck to maneuver the trailer into place. More space is easier and a pull through spot is ideal. The service window is on the right side of the trailer. Once the trailer is set, we will ensure all the menu items are ready to serve. Is the beer cold enough? Are the garnishes and ice ready? Do we have enough moonshine to serve everyone?
These are things you won't have to worry about!
#5 Decor:
The standard decor
All our packages come with our standard western horse trailer decor. We include a custom printed menu, lighting, candles and a simple seasonal floral arrangement. You are invited to add your own themed decor to match your event such as custom flowers, balloons or side tables.
#6 Policies:
